The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
Board members present: Supervisors Reini, Varichak, Kjendle, Clerk Schanche, Treasurer Samsa.
The minutes of the September meeting were read and approved on motion by Reini, second by Varichak.
Motion carried.
Treasurers Report
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as reported on motion by Reini, second by Kjendle, motion carried.
Fire Report
There was 1 fire call and 1 EMS call in September.
Recreation Report
New landscape timbers were installed around the playground area.
Roads
Received an estimate from Jerulle Construction to replace the culvert on Jaranson Road. This was tabled until next year.
Old Business
Bill Schuster has agreed to help coordinate the special deer hunt next year, Brian Moody agreed to assist in the set up. Motion by Reini, second by Varichak to continue with possibly holding a special deer hunt in 2026. Motion carried.
New Business
After discussion, Special Meeting with the Site Review Committee will be held on Monday October 27 th at 5:00 in regards to the Crego CUP application.
The correspondence was read.
Received a quote from Side Lake Services to provide snow plowing of the Rec Site and the Fire Hall from 11-1-25 to 10-31-26 in the amount of $2,650. A motion was made, seconded and carried to accept the quote.
The bills were approved by motion by Reini, second by Kjendle, motion carried.
