The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
Board members present: Supervisors Reini, Varichak, Kjendle, Clerk Schanche, Treasurer Samsa, Deputy Clerk Sandys.
The minutes of the October meeting were read and approved on motion by Reini, second by Kjendle. Motion carried. The minutes of the October 27th Crego CUP meeting were read and approved on motion by Reini, second by Kjendle, Motion carried.
Treasurers Report
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as reported on motion by Kjendle, second by Reini , motion carried.
Fire Report
There were 3 fire calls and 4 EMS calls in October.
Road Report
After discussion, the County will be contacted to install a “blind entrance” sign near Whispering Pines Road.
After discussion, a motion was made by Reini, second by Kjendle, to accept the quote from Jerulle Construction to order and install a new culvert on Jaranson Road. In the amount or $5,437.25. Motion carried.
Old Business
Deputy Clerk Sandys gave an update on the MNUIM paid leave legislation for possible employee
qualifications.

Tentative dates for Events for 2026 are:

July 3, 2026 5K Event
July 4, 2026 4th of July Parade
August 13, 2026 Celebrate Side Lake
October 3, 2026 Fall Event.
The correspondence was read.
A Resident Communication Report will be added to future meeting Agendas.
The bills were approved by motion by Reini, second by Kjendle, motion carried.
