First, there are a few ways voters in French Township can get an absentee ballot:
1. You can apply for an absentee ballot directly online at the following link: https://mnvotes.sos.mn.gov/abrequest/index or you can also complete a paper application here: https://www.sos.mn.gov/media/2444/english-regular-absentee-ballot-application.pdf
2. If you would like to complete/print a paper application, the completed application must be mailed directly to the school district at: ISD 701, Business Office, 800 E. 21st St., Hibbing, MN 55746. You can also go directly to the school district office. They are open from Mon-Fri 7:00 am – 3:30 pm and 11/1 (Sat). If those applying go on Saturday, 11/1, you can call 218-208-0849 ext. #1 to be let into the building at Door #12 in the East Court.
3. If a registered voter has signed up to receive absentee ballots automatically, you will get a packet in the mail. If you have signed up for automatic absentee ballots and haven’t received your packet yet, you should contact the school district directly.
