The meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm.
Board members present: Supervisors Reini, Varichak, Lucas, Clerk Schanche, Deputy Clerk Sandys, Treasurer Samsa.
The minutes of the April meeting were read and approved by a motion by Varichak, second by Reini, motion carried.
Treasurers Report
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as read with motion by Varichak, second by Reini, motion carried
Fire Report
There was 1 fire call and no EMS calls in April.
Building & Grounds
Motion by Varichak, second by Reini to allow Janezich application to hold a wedding celebration at the
recreation site on August 23, 2025, contingent on obtaining all required permits from the County. Motion
carried.
Roads
Dean Road grading & ditching work is needed in two locations due to water drainage issues, along with a lift of gravel.
Pine Tree Road will need a lift of gravel.
Recreation Report
Motion by Varichak, second by Reini to hire Aiden Marturano and Keaton Petrick as Summer Rec leaders.
Motion carried.
Old Business
Motion by Varichak, second by Reini to accept the estimate from Jerulle Construction to add a columbarium base in the amount of $11,040. Motion carried.
New Business
There was no new business.
