The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
Board members present: Supervisors Reini, Varichak, Kjendle, Clerk Schanche, Deputy Clerk Sandys,
Treasurer Samsa.
The minutes of the July meeting were read and approved on motion by Kjendle , second by Varichak. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as reported on motion by Kjendle, second by Varichak, motion carried.
Fire Report
There were 5 fire calls and 6 EMS calls in July.
Recreation Report
The summer program has ended.
After discussion, a motion was made by Kjendle, second by Reini to purchase 2 speed bumps on the access road.
After discussion, a motion was made by Varichak, second by Kjendle to use excess granular materials from the pickle ball court construction to extend the walking path to the bottom of the hill. Jerulle Construction submitted a verbal quote or $2000. Motion carried.
Old Business
Melissa gave an update on the Paul Bunyan web host. After discussion, a motion was made by Varichak, second by Reini to authorize $150 to get the software updated. Motion carried.
New Business
After discussion, a motion was made by Reini, second by Kjendle and carried to increase the Rec building
rental rate to $75 plus $75 deposit effective January 1, 2026. Motion carried.
The correspondence was read.
On motion by Kjendle, second by Reini, the bills were approved.
