Minutes of the February 10, 2026 Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

Board members present: Supervisors Varichak, Kjendle, Reini, Clerk Schanche, Treasurer Samsa, Deputy Clerk Sandys.

The minutes of the January meeting were read and approved on motion by Kjendle. Second by Reini, Motion carried.

Treasurers Report

The Treasurer’s Report was approved as reported on motion by Reini, second by Kjendle, motion carried.

Fire Report

There were no fire calls and 7 EMS calls in January.

One new fire member is in training.

Old Business

The tentative schedule for the summer rec program is June 8^th thru July 31^st.

New Business

The August regular Board meeting will be rescheduled to Wednesday August 12^th due to the State Primary Election on August 11^th.

The report of the Township to St Louis County was granted for the Side Lake Store to apply for the edible THC license by motion by Reini, second by Kjendle, motion carried.

The bills were approved by motion by Kjendle, second by Reini, motion carried.

Motion by Reini, second by Kjendle to adjourn at 7:45, motion carried.
