The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.
Board members present: Supervisors Varichak, Kjendle, Reini, Clerk Schanche, Treasurer Samsa.
The minutes of the July meeting were read and approved with corrections on motion by Kjendle, second by Reini, Motion carried.
Treasurers Report
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as reported on motion by Kjendle, second by Reini, motion carried.
Fire Report
There were 4 fire calls and 6 EMS calls in July.
Road Report
The easement for the Belschner Road will have to be re-submitted to the County Recorder due to an additional signature is required. Alan and PJ will review the easement turnaround to determine any tree removal that may be required.
There was a discussion on the road maintenance agreement with the County. The agreement will be submitted for the 2026-2027 snowplowing.
Recreation Report
Paula Kangas gave a presentation of the summer long recreation program. A total of 60 children attended the program.
Old Business
The Post Office building lease proposal was discussed. The vendor (JLL) will be contacted for more information by Supervisor Kjendle.
The Site Review Committee meeting will be held on 8-31-26 at 5:00 in regards to the Pernat CUP application.
New Business
A new Employee review document will be prepared.
The correspondence was read.
The bills were approved by motion by Kjendle, second by Reini, motion carried.
