The meeting was called to order at 7:07pm.
Board members present: Supervisors Varichak, Kjendle, Reini, Clerk Schanche, Treasurer Samsa, Deputy Clerk Sandys.
The Board of Review was reconvened with Assessors Flategraff and LaFreniere present. The assessors went over the remaining site visits from the recessed April 30th Board of Review meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 7:25.
The minutes of the April meeting were read and approved on motion by Reini. Second by Kjendle, Motion carried.
Treasurers Report
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as reported on motion by Kjendle, second by Reini , motion carried.
Fire Report
There were 2 fire calls and 2 EMS calls in April.
Road Report
The Supervisors conducted the review of all the Township roads on May 12th.
The easement for the end of Belschner Road will be signed and recorded soon.
Recreation Report
The bench in memory of Tim Lee has been ordered.
Received an anonymous donation of $1000 for the Summer Rec tuition needs.
Community Communications
After discussion, a motion was made by Varichak, seconded by Reini to purchase a new website that is currently located near Greenrock Road for $504. Motion carried.
According to the MNDNR, there will be no special deer hunt in the Township this year.

There was no old business.
New Business
There was a discussion of starting a suggestion/information box.
The August monthly Board meeting will be rescheduled to August 12th due to the Primary Election on the 11th.
The correspondence was read.
The bills were approved by motion by Kjendle, second by Reini, motion carried.
