The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
Board members present: Supervisors Varichak, Kjendle, Reini, Clerk Schanche, Treasurer Samsa, Deputy Clerk Sandys.
The minutes of the February meeting were read and approved on motion by Reini. Second by Kjendle, Motion carried.
Treasurers Report
The Treasurer’s Report was approved as reported on motion by Varichak, second by Reini , motion carried.
Fire Report
There was 1 Fire call and 3 EMS calls in February
Rec Report
Jim gave the proposed Summer Rec Program Schedule, Monday thru Thursday, from 8:00 to 3:00.
Old Business
Received an email request from Marty and Diane McLaughlin to connect to the community water system for their campground development. After discussion, on motion by Varichak, second by Reini, to deny the request due to specific guidelines issued by the MPCA for the water system connection expansion. A letter will be sent to the McLaughlin’s. Motion carried.
New Business
After discussion, a motion was made by Reini, second by Kjendle to sign the contract with Superior Fuel for a fixed price of $1.499 per gallon of propane on a starting date of 6-30-26 to ending date 6-6-30-29. Motion carried.
The correspondence was read.
The bills were approved by motion by Reini, second by Kjendle, motion carried.
